I’m currently generating posts that often produce long paragraphs.
Is there any way to instruct the engine to produce 3 sentences paragraphs?

It is possible to limit the number of tokens to control the length of output.
If you want to restrict the paragraph to some number of sentences, you can try a prompt with 1 or 2 examples with a clear delimiter, such as ###; and use that as a stop word.
Example:
Generate a three sentence paragraph about blue jumping rabbits. The paragraph should contain 3 sentences similar to the example.
Example: sentence 1 blah blah. sentence 2 blah blah blah. sentence 3 blah blah blah. ###
