Please let us pin conversations at the top of the list. Spotify lets you pin 4 playlists at the top you use the most, and this would save me so much hassle especially on the phone!
There are about 3-4 chats that I keep having to search for in the chat list so i can continue the conversation, giving us the ability to pin a few chats at the top of our list permanently would be a GAME CHANGER.
