The more I’m around this stuff, the more I am convinced that rather than focusing all this effort on building a particular knowledge base for the GPT, we should collectively run a public awareness campaign to teach John Q Public how to ask better questions.

One of the main reasons we’re so disconnected in today’s world is not from the lack of knowledge…but because most people don’t know how to ask questions of those who have the answers.

Rather, one has to know that inputs that are wishy-washy aren’t going to get the ideal response from an AI.

Simple technique: All that stuff you type to a chatbot? Follow it up with a final statement of the actual action the AI should perform. Complaining that your code has a bug isn’t as powerful as “fix the bug”.
