I've exceeded my current quota, but now my quota has been reset, but I'm still get an insufficient_quota error

I’ve been playing around with some reasoning models on my account and quickly blew my quota. No problem, totally understand. I still had credit, but my quota was used up.

Today 1st August 2025, my quota has reset, hurrah! But when I try and make API calls I’m still getting an insufficient_quota error:-

So I’m a bit confused. I thought as my quota was reset on the 1st of the month I should be good to go. The only thing I can think of is that it’s a rolling quota rather than a month by month one.

Can anyone offer any advice?

So this was my issue, I thought I had credit, but I think there was some lag. I’ve added credit and everything is good.
