im having the same issue too . when i put the model on chat gpt 5.1thinking it just give me answers right away . like im using the instant model

Same problem here and I subscribed the plus plan. What am I paying for?
It has now been one full week since I first reported this issue. During this entire time, the problem has not been resolved, and I have not received any meaningful assistance. Most of the replies I received were either automated, template-based, or redirected to the wrong department.
As a result, my issue has remained completely unaddressed.
Because I was unable to use the Plus features I paid for on my original account, I was forced to purchase a second ChatGPT Plus subscription on a different account just to be able to work. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, and it should not happen to paying customers.
I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.
