# Issues with Voice Conversation and Photo Features on iOS ChatGPT App

Hi everyone,

I’m using the ChatGPT app on my iPhone 13 and I’m subscribed to ChatGPT+. However, I’m experiencing problems when trying to use the voice conversation and photo features. When I tap the headset icon to start a voice conversation, the screen turns black. The same issue occurs when I try to add a photo.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Do you have any solutions or tips to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!
