To this day, I have the same problem.
For the past 24 hours, I have been unable to access the plugins as well for the same reason…
I have the same issue, and I can’t use any plugins.
Same here. Frustrating. And it’s like no one responding to any our request.

can you tell me how did you fix that ? cuz I can’t use it still.
I shared the issue with the OpenAI support desk, but they still haven’t helped us with the issue. For three days, we haven’t been able to use the plugins, and we haven’t even received any feedback, even though we reported the situation. This is unbelievable…

Same problems here… Using canva, etc. Only dalle-3 integration seems to work.

Same issue here, it seems like the ChatGPT backend is broken.
Hi,
This is a known issue and is being investigated.

I am experiencing technical errors when using multiple ChatGPT plugins, including linkReader and Ai_PDF, to access web links and PDF files. In each instance, the plugins fail to retrieve content successfully.
- I attempted to use the linkReader plugin to access a specific webpage and the Ai_PDF plugin to access PDF files.
- In both attempts, the plugins failed to retrieve content and returned an error message.
- The error message was: “ApiSyntaxError: Expected message content to be Text, got <class ‘chat.chat.Code’>”.

I am currently having issues with my history and everything not loading. It was fine, I went to reply to the last response gpt4 sent then there was an error. I refreshed, no history. I cleared browser data for all time, logged out and back in and still nothing. Anyone else having issues?
Having all the same issues as everyone else, and old chats using plugins won’t open, I just noticed.

I’m using AI PDF and AskYouPDF. What I’ve notice is the first attempt in new a chat works after clearing the browser cache, but the second request returns the error “Unprocessable Entity”. Following a new prompt, older chats that used these plugins now get the message “The previous model used in this conversation is unavailable. We’ve switched you to the latest default model.”
