I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has been experiencing issues with OpenAI support or similar technical problems to what I’ve encountered. Over the past few weeks, I’ve logged two tickets directly via the support email:
- Pinning custom ChatGPTs not appearing correctly in the mobile app
- Canvas not functioning properly in the Windows desktop app
Unfortunately, I haven’t received any acknowledgment or responses to these tickets. The oldest ticket has been pending for over five days now, which is quite disappointing. Up until recently, I’ve found OpenAI’s support to be prompt and their responses helpful, so this change in service has been noticeable.
I do understand that response times can vary, especially during holiday periods. However, I would expect at least a basic acknowledgment of the tickets being logged. This lack of communication makes it difficult to know whether the issues are being addressed or if they’re on OpenAI’s radar at all.
Has anyone else encountered these specific issues, or had similar experiences with delays from support? I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts or advice on this.
