I have a fast forward button as my send button and says retry a lot how do I fix this and I’m on the free version not gpt 4

The send icon kind of looks like a paper airplane there.
Error messages from the service appear in an orange box across the bottom, and they are quite rare.
Not sure as it’s the iPhone version and my send button is a fast forward button any idea how to fix it?
