Issue with on Edge Browser with Piad Subscription

I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered an issue with using my ChatGPT subscription on the Edge browser on my Windows PC. Here are the details:

  • Subscription Type: Paid, via Apple ID

  • Devices: Mac, iPad, iPhone (all work fine)

  • Windows PC (Desktop):

    • Chrome Browser: Works fine with the paid account

    • Edge Browser:

      • Free account: Message sending works

      • Paid account (Apple ID): Unable to send messages, the chat becomes unresponsive

I’ve already tried clearing the browser cache and resetting the browser settings, but the issue persists. It seems to be isolated to the combination of Windows PC, Edge browser, and my paid Apple ID subscription.

Any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
