Hey, I tryed deleting all cookies for chatgpt in my browser (Chrome; Win 11) and it helped. I can now see all the responses. Just make sure you delete all of them.

I had this exact issue.
I went tried the CORS extension in Chrome that someone recommended and it didn’t help. So I went to remove the CORS extension and saw that I had a few other extensions installed that were disabled (specifically VPN and Bitdefender). I use VPN and Bitdefender independently from my browser, and had disabled the extensions, so I decided to remove them too and now my web page is loading chatgpt responses with no issue. So maybe it’s an issue with browser extensions (even if disabled). Try removing extensions (not just disabling) and see if that helps.
it works. i tried to do this, disable the Hardware Acceleration in chrome setting. Chrome Settings → System → Disable “Use hardware acceleration” . and restart the chrome and now it works fine for me
