Issue: SIP connection failures to gpt-realtime from Twilio

Since around 8:00 PM UTC today, all of our Twilio SIP calls to gpt-realtime have been failing.

Twilio reports:

  • Error 32011: “Error communicating with your SIP communications infrastructure”
  • Underlying SIP response: 503 Service Unavailable

The OpenAI status page currently shows no incidents.

Is anyone else seeing this? Any known issues @OpenAI_Support?

Update: Since 8:59 PM UTC, calls are connecting successfully again.
