Same. Reproduces on 3 pro 20x accounts at same time. Makes gpt-5.6-{luna,terra,sol} and gpt-6.0-astra unusable at all. gpt-5.5 sometimes works (but really rarely).
Tried from 4 different IPs and 3 regions. While that, gpt-5.6-luna works fine on another free account.
