Hi, and welcome to the community!

There is currently no API access to ChatGPT Health. It is an interesting idea, but I would not expect this to be available anytime soon due to the strict requirements and constraints around HIPAA data protection.

At first, I read that as if ChatGPT’s HIPAA rights might be violated.

Then I realized it’s time to cut back on the espresso intake today.

I may have spoken too soon.

Today’s announcement, OpenAI for Healthcare, includes API access to specialized models for the healthcare domain.

It does not appear to be generally available yet, but it does show there’s a path toward access.
