Is there a standard way to get meta-data like titles encoded into Codex's prompt? What about file path?

I noticed one thing particularly interesting about Copliot is that somehow it’s aware of the title of the file I’m editing;

That got me thinking, was Codex trained with the file’s meta-data (so there are a more ‘native’ way to approach it), or did Copliot do it with comment like //TextBlock.ts at the top of the prompt?

Would be super useful to know how much meta-data Codex has access to! Thanks

Copilot does indeed prompts filepath with filename like that:
