Is my prompt visible in someone else's history?

I noticed a bug where a poem on cats was generated without any prompt from my end.

You can look at it here. There are no custom instructions.

This maybe a bug, but why a poem on cats? Or was this someone else’s prompt that got mixed with mine? Does it mean my prompt appeared on someone else’s history?

This was during an outage at Mon, Mar 24, 2025.
