Hey crafters!

The documentation explains various authentication schemes will be available.

But how can we deal with unauthenticated users?

As a plugin developer, should I expect ChatGPT to send me any value such as IP Address, sessionId, cookie, or anything that would help me to recognize a user?

This could be helpful to establish rate limiting and quota/free tiers for plugins.
