Hi @hsl We are having some issues with our NAIC credits. They were there last week but they are now gone (and we have not used them). We sent the screenshot of the billing page and also the org id to Iman, but they have asked now to post here. Can you help us in any way? Please let us know what info you need.
Hi! I checked the orgs that Iman shared with me and from our side it looks like the credits are okay. We did accidentally set an early expiry date on them, but yesterday I granted fresh credits to everyone that won’t expire until the end of the month.
Could you share screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Hi @hsl Last week this was $150, same account same org id. We haven’t used any of it, we don’t even have api keys yet cause when I went to create one, I found this.
Do you want any other screenshots? or can I DM you the org id?
The credits grants tab says “No credit grants found.”
