Internal Knowledge connector stuck on “syncing” for 2 weeks – anyone actually got it working on ChatGPT Team?

I am also seeing the same issue with our ChatGPT Team account and Google Drive connector. It has been 2 days since we added files and they are not readable by ChatGPT Internal Knowledge.

Hi @raymond-oai I am also having the same issue. I used the admin managed method. The domains are different for my workspace account and the teams account. We do not have a subscription to workspace on the same domain as ChatGPT as that domain and org is managed elsewhere. Are you suggesting that they need to be the same? Thank you.
