i have like 8.5 $ credit it worked for me and now i have this error

As a quick test can you create a new API key and try that, also check that any credit you have is still active, i.e. was this part of the free credits when you start an account, or is this credit you have added via a card?
Also keep in mind that OpenAI ripps you off when you don’t spend your credits - the ones you paid for - within a year.
They just delete them then.
So be careful not to add too much.
