You can write something like want you wrote just with some more directive and direction. For an example you could try something like: (I want you to read and understand this; “she’s in kindergarten, she is under 6 years old” when done turn the info into “insert your preferred format here”.)
Point format refers to the black circles.
If it struggles with that, you could rephrase it to bullet point list.
