Infinite Refreshing Issue After Teams Plan Deactivated

Hello,
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

I was using the Teams plan until yesterday, but it was deactivated since I didn’t renew it. I had assumed it would work until midnight in my local time zone, but it suddenly stopped functioning in the afternoon, and I unexpectedly lost access to the data I had been working on.

Once it was deactivated, the page began endlessly refreshing to a specific URL (https://chatgpt.com/workspace/deactivated), as shown in the GIF image. A popup briefly appears, but I can’t click on anything, and even the stop button doesn’t work. It was only after logging out that I was able to access my personal workspace and the refreshing stopped.

However, now I’m completely unable to access the Teams workspace. When I click my account icon, I can see the workspace name listed, but it’s greyed out, and the three-dot menu next to it is also greyed out and unclickable—even though I’m the one who created the workspace and I was the admin.

The chat support on help.chatgpt.com keeps suggesting solutions like resetting my browser or network, but none of those have worked. I’ve even submitted a HAR file. Like many of you here, I have access to multiple PCs, devices, and networks—and the issue is exactly the same across all of them.

This seems to be a simple site bug, and if access is restored, I’m ready to resubscribe immediately. But right now, I can’t access anything. According to the support chat with OpenAI, they also aren’t able to manually renew my subscription. I’ve sent an email to support, but I’m not sure if it will be resolved…
