Tried every possible options including enabling/disabling DNS provider/VPN along with multiple cards, Still every single time, cards got declined. #india

It is because of RBI new e mandate policy
RBI Guidelines for Processing International Auto-Debit on Cards
google workspace discontinued in India after this rbi regulation.
The new RBI guidelines are applicable for international recurring expenses as well.
As per its mandate, the processing of recurring international transactions with cards/prepaid payment instruments that are not in sync with the new RBI guidelines will be discontinued.
Payment gateways and lenders must comply with these RBI guidelines for domestic and foreign transactions.

even i can not pay at so many places internationally after this e-mandate bullshit and my work is getting affected, i am highly frustrated with this Chinese kind of govt in India.

Same issue with me. I’ve used Visa (two) and Mastercard but all 3 got declined. Tried last week with all 3 and today with Visa. Is there any resolution yet?

I have been trying since the day chatgpt plus option appeared in my login. All credit cards are declined and have contacted with the bank and they seem to have no history of any such transactions with OpenAI.The problem seem to be on OpenAI side.I have sent mails to support@openai.com and there is no response.
I know guys must be hard at work with all the new releases but its a humble request to not deprive us of the chatgpt pleasure we are eagerly waiting to enjoy. Hoping for some immediate resolution. Thanks

Same here, from the Philippines but it says “Your card has been declined.” I tried a Visa card and a Mastercard
Tried both visa and master indian credit cards getting “Your card has been declined” openai please fix this asap.
I am unable to subscribe. 
is Apple pay supported? i had similar issue with meetup renewal and i paid it using itunes service

I have tried with 4 different credit cards and 2 debit cards from multiple banks. I am not sure why this isn’t being taken up proactively.
