Incorrect link in dashboard (Storage tab)

When on the Storage tab in the dashboard, if you select Upload, a modal is displayed. The link Learn about file purposes points to:

• https://platform.openai.com/storage/files/docs/api-reference/files/create#files-create-purpose

However, the link should point to:

• https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/files/create#files-create-purpose
