Last night I purchased a software to restore my Excel and Word files that I lost during a recent cleaning of my computer. I followed the advice I got from Chat GPT and purchased the software called Recuva. Unfortunately, it did not run on my Apple Mac, which runs on Mac OS. I regret to say that I was misled by Chat GPT. I have asked for a refund from Recuva and they have accepted it, so this was sorted in goodwill on this occasion. However, I would advise chat GPT to be more careful in the future.
