In January 2025, after renewing my GPT Pro subscription, I noticed that my Sora Pro plan currently shows 0 credits. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

The Sora credits refresh the day you created your Sora account.
I made my account Dec 7, credits set to renew Jan 7, it didnt- credits are zero.
Shows new reset date of Feb 7.
So I missed out on a month even though my gpt plus renewed.
did this resolve for you? I am experiencing the same issue
