I’d like to suggest several UI/UX improvements that would significantly improve usability, especially for users managing many conversations and projects.
- Collapsible Projects (Folders)
Problem:
When there are many projects, the sidebar becomes cluttered and difficult to navigate.
Proposed solution:
Introduce expand/collapse functionality for projects using arrow toggles.

Conversations inside are hidden until expanded

State is remembered (persisted across sessions)
Benefit:
Cleaner interface, easier navigation, and better scalability for power users.
- Bulk Selection & Management of Conversations
Problem:
Managing conversations (deleting, organizing) is currently slow and inefficient when done one by one.
Proposed solution:
Introduce multi-select mode with checkboxes and bulk actions.

Benefit:
Saves time and makes conversation management significantly more efficient.
These features are standard in many applications (such as email clients and file managers) and would greatly improve ChatGPT usability.
