I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have experienced today. During my interaction with your service, I encountered numerous instances where I was told, “My guidelines do not allow me to talk about that.” This response was given almost every time I raised a topic, regardless of how varied or harmless the topic was.
Previously, I might have encountered this response once a day, but today I received it six or seven times, if not more. Even while composing this complaint, I encountered the same response multiple times. This has significantly hindered my ability to get the information I need and has left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the service.
