I’m getting the same since the past few days and I’m now irritated due to this error reoccuring and in the free version It’s working perfectly fine
Using ChatGPT 4o (paid version), suddenly getting error message “Unable to upload image.png”, wouldn’t work when I switched to ChatGPT 4o-mini either. Restarted browser, cleared cache, no dice.
