I’ve been getting this for a few days now:
“I can’t create images directly, but I can help you envision it more vividly or guide you on how to create one using digital tools or through a description for an artist.”
I’ve logged out and in, created new chats, tried the standalone app, even tried on a different computer, and it refuses to create images. After asking it why it’s not working, I will always then get a popup at the bottom of the screen saying I’ve reached my limit for the next 2 hours even though I haven’t been able to actually do anything.
I also see this in the chat log :

The dalle tool has been disabled. Do not send any more messages to=dalle.
If the user asked you to use this tool, tell them that it is unavailable. Otherwise, continue the conversation as normal.
I’m not sure what’s up with that as I haven’t been generating images that violate policy at all. I tried the support chat and get absolutely nowhere. I’m paying for a subscription, so I’d like to get this resolved.
