I have been complaining for like 2 weeks now and keep being told a tech team member would reach out, but nothing. All the human agents simply stop chatting as well as all the bots. I am really annoyed at this point. I am an avid user, I use it daily for hours and having the latest updates would go a long way for me. I love the product and have had some breath taking experiences with it.
I have been a ChatGPT plus user, pretty much since it came out. My account is current, and paid but I have yet to gain access to Personalization. It does not pop up in my settings on my laptop or phone. I have done everything I can find to troubleshoot it. I’ve have spoke to multiple of your bots and human customer agents and no one has an answer for me. With ChatGPT4o here, I feel like I am missing out and I am an avid user of ChatGPT. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service at this point
I upgraded Oct 6, 2023 via my laptop on Google Chrome. I currently have Google Chrome version 124.0.6367.208 on my Mac. Catalina version 10.15.7
