I’m confused about the cost of file. The official document says “0.2/GB/assistant/day”. But if the existence time of the file does not exceed one day, how will it be charged. Will it be converted in proportion to time？

There is no definition regarding the resolution of the time period, for commercial decisions at this stage you should assume that 1gig for 1 hour will be charged the same as 1gig for 1 day.
That may end up being revised in light of user feedback or new documentation, but it is a conservative and safe starting point for any calculations on costs.
