Today, users with hundreds or even thousands of ChatGPT conversations must manually create Projects, rename chats, and move each conversation into the appropriate Project. This process is time-consuming and becomes increasingly difficult as the conversation history grows.
Since ChatGPT already understands the content, context, and relationships within every conversation, it should be able to intelligently organize chats into meaningful Projects automatically or provide high-confidence recommendations for users to review and approve.

- Keep Projects up to date as new conversations expand or refine existing knowledge, ensuring that knowledge evolves rather than becoming fragmented across multiple conversations.
This transforms Projects from simple folders into intelligent, AI-managed knowledge workspaces where conversations are automatically organized, deduplicated, and converted into reusable knowledge over time.
