I just tried it, and it worked for me, but I think I’m on a different platform.
I’m using ChatGPT in my browser (the test just now was on Firefox 131.0.3).
You could try doing it from the browser to rule out that something changed in the copy/paste behavior of your operating system, and if that works, try resetting or re-installing the application you use for ChatGPT (I assume Mac OS client).
