I was charged $100, but the credit never showed up, and support is unresponsive

I have a $100 charge on my account that was never applied to my account as a credit, and is not viewable in my receipts or invoices. I need a credit or a refund. Customer support has not gotten back to me. I need help immediately.

The forum is for dev discussions. If you were charged for a transaction you didn’t initiate/set up, then the best way is to dispute that with your credit card provider.

I may have to challenge the charge. It’s a shame OpenAI support is non existant. I’ve reached out via support multiple times and waited weeks. No replies.

I see one organization, and I see two projects. Neither project shows under billing the payment. Only one shows a credit of $10 that I added when I didn’t see the $100 originally. So neither project shows the details of the payment that was made on the credit card. I don’t have any other accounts with this credit card. I have a personal account that is separate from work but the mistake was not made there because it’s not there either.
