Why can I not open my chatgpt after I have paid for this version.

Could you share a little more detail about what happens when you try to open ChatGPT? For example, do you see an error message, can’t sign in or something else?
Also:
- Are you using the app or a web browser?
- Have you confirmed that you’re signed into the same account and using the same login method that you used when purchasing the subscription?
A screenshot of the error would also help, but please make sure it doesn’t show any private payment or account information.

I deleted the app and installed it via Google play.
My signal currently a bit bad, so I will try it again
