Hi my name is Christopher Jenkins and 51 years old I enrolled back in college and I used this chatbot and it’s great it helps me with everything I’m not very computer savvy so it’s helped me learn to navigate and everything else My phone broke I originally got this when it first came out and I paid for a lifetime thing for it like it was 19 bucks and I got it for a lifetime and my phone broke and then I went to you put it downloaded on another phone and it didn’t work and so I looked and it’s not on the Play store anymore it’s this app instead this platform I guess and it’s a whole new GPT and my subscription is somehow has vanished and I don’t have any money so I can’t afford to buy another subscription to it but I need this and I was hoping that they would honor the lifetime thing but I don’t know if they will or not so I’m a little distressed Hope I can get some answers or something please have a hard time doing it without the chatbot any answered all I’d appreciate
