i made a support bot for my e-shop
yesterday my script stopped connecting to api
only by twisting a mobile proxy to it everything worked again
i want to ask you, is it normal? i am small business and i want use your api and i want to pay for it.
of course i use hosting ip to connect to your api

Needing to use a mobile proxy does not sound normal.
I use the API with a paid subscription and mostly it works. Even before I paid for the subscription it worked well.
Sometimes I get HTTP errors in the 500 range when the service is overloaded. But other than that it works fine.
Do you have any error messages you can share?
