I have already tried to contact support by e-mail but without success.
I have a paid account but for a month the Chat GPT is less and less accessible. It was inaccessible for 3 weeks and it still is. The error message is always the same: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.” Is there a way for me to benefit correctly from the service I am paying for? Possibly there are refunds for all the periods when the service is not accessible? I would like a manager to find a solution to my problem because I do not find it normal to pay for an unavailable service!
