I paid two times for one account


i sent this message to support@openai.com:

“i accidentally paid twice because I didn’t receive the update immediately and thought the payment hadn’t gone through. Please refund the amount for the extra payment, as I have already paid once for the month of April.”

I haven’t received a response yet (message sent on March 30th, 2023). Can you please help me and advise what I should do next?
