I paid for GPT Plus using mastercard debit in two accounts and have not recieved Plus

Yesterday I paid $40 in between two accounts, one I did because I saw that the subscription did not apply on my first account, it has been a day and my payments went through the second I clicked, yet I have not recieved what I paid for, what’s going on? Can I get a refound on the second account? Please help!

I have contacted the refund api email but have recieved no response, and I can’t seem to find a support email, even then judging by the refund email I don’t think they will contact me back.
