Hi! After you sign up for Sora (not just a paid plan), you should have access in ~2 weeks! 🙌 Let us know if that's not the case, however.
i can use yesterday afternoon. but when i back to home at night. i cant use anymore. there is no “prompt” option in Sora anymore. already try re-login. the answer from chatgpt (i asking) is totally different with the plan i paid for.
That’s really unacceptable. If I’m paying for the service I shoule have access to it. There was no mention anywhere upon signup. That’s super scammy.

I just paid for the pro, as well. I can get into sora, but i’m only able to generate images. I can’t create videos and this is what I want to do. Help!!!

However, after payment, I discovered that these tools are not currently available to any subscribers, regardless of plan.
This constitutes a misleading representation of the service. The upgrade was purchased in reliance on claims that features would become available immediately, but the tools are in fact disabled platform-wide without a clear timeline for restoration.
Why this is a problem:

Sora is indeed included with ChatGPT Plus, but access can be delayed for new or recently upgraded accounts while we manage capacity.
I realize that’s frustrating and I’m sorry for the confusion. You should get access shortly, but if you’d prefer not to wait, you can cancel Plus and request a refund for your most recent charge through your account settings or by reaching out to support@openai.com.

Hey, I have been subscribing to ChatGPT Pro since 18/8/25. Since then, I am still unable to generate 20s videos. Max I can do is only 10s. Please help to rectify this issue because $200/month is not cheap.

Same problem here - UK based and no Sora 1 video creation with a business subscription. I have this as the latest from their support team - which is non specific and and not very credible.

Same here. I just upgraded to ChAtgpt plus but I have no Sora option. Won’t allow me to get videos done….what the hell???
