I bought the enterprise service on 14 February 2025, and the chat gpt entreprise services were working until the middle of last week. Then I discovered that I was no longer working on my company space.
Support is not responding, has anyone encountered this problem before? How did you solve it?

For me, support response was much slower than I hoped but eventually effective. Can't fix this error. "Welcome back Something went wrong while getting your SSO info" - #53 by Sprazzle
Keep the window open and check back in 24hr (weekdays?)… I requested email notification but they didn’t respond to that aspect. Webchat seems to be the only tool available.
