hello. I need help from Open AI developers. I received an email from Open AI with the subject “Access Terminated”. What does this mean? Does this mean that my Open AI account (or Chatgpt account) has been completely deleted for violating our usage policy? Even when I try to log in to Open AI, I get the message “You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you believe this was an error, please contact us through our help center at [help.openai.com](http://help.openai.com).” This message just pops up and I can’t do anything. The customer service center at [help.openai.com](http://help.openai.com) and the message in the upper right corner do not respond at all. What should I do? ---

As mentioned several times before, you need to go to [help.openai.com](http://help.openai.com), but there’s likely not a way for you to recover your account. Please don’t delete this thread and start another thread if you’re not happy with the answer. Thanks! ---
