I need help and i have had no luck with support

I have tried everything to get my problem solved and ive gotten literally nowhere. I emailed them with URGENT in the subject, created “new messages” only for the specialist to give me a response likely generated from chatgpt, nothings getting solved and there is money involved. Can I please get some help? Im quite literally trying to upload more money to my account, thats all… nothing more… im not over-budget on my tier, no abuse, im simply trying to pay money. Im being stopped from the UI because of some bug and no one can help me. This is a time sensitve matter and as a protier sub on chatgpt and someone who wants to become enterprise on both platforms, i am astounded at the lack of urgency, support im getting. Can i please speak to a human being… please?

sorry for the rant but this is not okay. Buy 3 less GPUs and hire more support staff Sam…

Support can be difficult some times.
Meanwhile, could you perhaps share a bit more on the nature of the error?
Perhaps someone might have some tips or a workaround to help.

in short, i have time sensitive things that need a marginal increase in TPM. Also im fronting 1k so in 30 days my organization will get tier 5. its crazy how much people dont want $1K

the UI wont let me pay more money

Is it refusing your credit card?

I see, that is really strange. You should be allowed to put at least $100.
What tier are you on atm?

tier 1. dont know what the issue is but ive had it. I even offered to upload my drivers licence. Dont know what else i can do.

its just a lack of communication, they dont have the amount of staff to deal with this stuff

if there is anyone on this forum that can escalate this better than i can please do so. Ive emailed billing, accountspayable, support, etc so idk what else there is.

Yeah, too many chatgpt users overflowing the support.

Wish I could be of more help. Good luck with it, I hope you get it solved soon.

It appears there’s a restriction that prevents new accounts from jumping directly from Tier 1 to Tier 5.
I was able to somewhat replicate the issue using my Tier 1 account:

From what I can tell, users are expected to make smaller purchases first before being allowed to make larger ones. This may be a fraud prevention measure, as that’s a significant concern.

Also, note the time requirement: an account must wait thirty days to be upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 5.

Apologies if this isn’t a definitive answer—I can follow up with the team to find out whether this is a bug or an intentional limitation.

i appreciate it. Yea my account is 5 days old. its just frustrating that by the time they manually raise my TPM im gonna have tier 2 and its gonna go up anyways—and ill get a message back from support saying something not even close to what i was asking about, ill correct them, and i will have to wait another 8 hours or more for the next response.
