I’m experiencing an intermittent UI error showing “Failed to load subscription”

Hello Support Team,

I’m experiencing an intermittent UI error showing “Failed to load subscription” and my account appearing as “lost-user / new user”, even though my ChatGPT Plus subscription is active and fully paid.

Details:

  • Plan: ChatGPT Plus

  • Status: Active

  • Next billing date: January 7, 2026

  • Recent invoices: Paid successfully

  • Access to Plus features: Yes

  • Issue observed: Profile / activity page fails to load subscription status correctly

This seems to be a frontend or billing synchronization issue, as my subscription is confirmed active in the billing page.

I’ve already tried:

  • Logout and login

  • Different browser

  • Incognito mode

  • Disabling extensions

Please investigate the account-session or billing UI sync.
