I have taken a monthely plan and I am getting RateLimitError

I am trying to use API key. Intially it is worked, from a week it is always giving the error
“tenacity.RetryError: RetryError[<Future at 0x26909bfbdf0 state=finished raised RateLimitError>]”
I have upgraded my plan even I am getting the error.
