Any past overages can cause a monthly bill.

Be sure to check “billing history” and see for sure that there are none with a balance due that can be paid off there manually, requiring a separate payment.

Otherwise, you’d have to send a “help” → “message” through the platform site for the account issue.

Be aware that China is not a supported country, and API calls originating from geolocated IPs there or Chinese-associated banking may trigger account warnings or deactivations, possibly without an error specifically about the deactivation. Normally, the account is just banned, though.

People on this forum are also just other API users, who cannot look into an account.
