I have migrated from Plus to Team, pressed the «Merge» button from Team, and all my chats from Plus are lost, not migrated

Please cancel my Team plan and revert it back to Plus with all my chats.
I am very disapponted.

did they ever fix it? Same thing just happened to me.
No fix seems to exist. Some other posts have said they just kept trying in chat and eventually they came back. Sounds like a terrible fix.
With this being such a widespread problem, they really need a specific form we could submit so they can expedite the issue for users that experience this. Instead of me scouring reddit for two hours.
