Hello, I am sure millions of users are experiencing this issue. Lately, for about two weeks now my GPT is freezing, crashing, telling me it is out of memory and I’ve reached my maximum and it is offering me an upgrade to GPT4 when in fact I already have a paid membership to GPT4 and my billing is all current. What is the solution to this issue? GPT has no option of customer help, no refunds for lost time and months and no credits offered. What does one do ?
This is so heartbreaking because I relied on it 100% for so many things and now I can not log in on my cell nor on my laptop. Why can we not get help??? Are they short staffed? Then they should employ us from the Developer Platform. It’s so disturbing, I have paid membership as well for over a year now, Someone please help asap. I don’t want to move to other AI’s cause I have invested a lot in ChatGPT and I have developed so many GPT’s, some for public and in the GPT store and others for personal use.
